About the event
Izzy Anderson is an NHS Dietitian as well as a Sports Nutritionist.
She has worked for the NHS since 2014 treating patients with a range of conditions. She currently works with patients with Diabetes but also has experience in Kidney Disease and gastrointestinal health including IBS and the low FODMAP diet.
Izzy’s freelance work focuses on Sports Nutrition as this is her real passion. She has taken part in multiple triathlons and understands the logistical issues that athletes face when planning their nutritional intake. She is also a long distance runner having completed several marathons and is looking to extend her trail running experience in the future.
In this 90 minute workshop Izzy will cover a large number of Sports Nutrition topics from fueling and recovery to gut issues and your immune system. She will also answer your questions.
